  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Customization Guidelines

Because we specialize in personalized and custom-made items, specific rules apply to custom orders:

  • User Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of the photos, artwork, text, and graphics you upload for customization. By submitting content, you guarantee that you own the rights to the media or have full authorization to use it.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, explicit content, defamatory images, or materials that infringe on copyright/trademark laws.
  • Design Accuracy: Colors displayed on screens (RGB) may vary slightly from physical printed products (CMYK). Please ensure high-resolution photos are provided for the best quality printing.
  • Order Cancellation: Custom orders go into production quickly. Once an order for a customized item has entered the printing or production stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing due to typographical or technical errors.
  • Payment must be made in full through our secure payment gateways prior to order fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Custom-printed products require extra time for manufacturing and quality control before dispatch.
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximations. Unforeseen courier delays or weather conditions are beyond our direct control.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Friend Store is not responsible for non-delivery or lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

All sales are subject to our formal Refund and Returns Policy, summarized below:

  • Customized Products: Strictly NO returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items (custom phone covers, custom watch dials, personalized cases) unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Non-Customized Products: Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping) are 100% non-refundable. Sending return items back to our warehouse is the customer’s full responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including store logos, graphics, text, product photography, and site design—is the exclusive property of Friend Store and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content without our prior written consent.
